We’re having top of the industry SLTL make Infinity F1 3kW CNC Fiber Laser Cutting machine. Having ±0.05 tolerance level. It is known for its extensiveness considering the specific needs of the metal cutting industry. Its vigorous flexibility extends thunderbolt reflexes for swift material change. The quality/ finish of material delivered by the machine is extremely precise and of top notch quality.

We have world class Japanese CNC machines with us which give faster, productive and higher grade products with ±0.1mm and ±0.07mm tolerance .

Proper programming is done by a highly efficient software which analyzes blank size and does part processing / nesting.

Having wide range of tools we have the advantage of performing any special cutting / forming.

BENDING

We have High speed and accurate Japanese machines with ±0.1mm tolerance.

Having wide range of tools we have variety of bend angle solutions.

We have highly experienced operators who work on proper welding tables and have jigs and fixtures for welding.

ASSEMBLY

Our assembly line is fully conveyorized and we majorly use pneumatic machines , torque screwdrivers for part assembly.
